Information is stored in secure systems operated by Somali Post and trusted partners such as Supabase. Access is limited to authorized staff and protected through encryption and audit logs.

You may request corrections or deletion of optional data at any time by emailing Postalservice@moct.gov.so. Some records must be retained to comply with postal regulations.
